1½ oz Purity Nordic Old Tom Gin
.75 oz Pear Brandy
.5 oz Byrrh Grand Quinquina
.25 oz Allspice Dram
1 dash Cardamom Bitters
.75 oz Pear Brandy
.5 oz Byrrh Grand Quinquina
.25 oz Allspice Dram
1 dash Cardamom Bitters
Method: Combine ingredients in mixing glass. Add ice. Stir to combine. Strain into a coupe glass. Flame orange peel over cocktail and discard. Garnish with dehydrated pear. Serve and enjoy!
